My Referrals

User guide:
- Username: Your user name will be your full name. For example if you entered your first name as “ahmed”and last name as “jamal”, then your username will be ahmedjamal
- After registering/logging in click on “Open a ticket” to submit a new referral
- In the subject line, enter the requirement in brief. For example: Customer looking for ERP solution
- In the description, enter more details about the requirement along with the customer’s contact details
- Select the product type from the available option
- Select the Priority from the available option and click on “submit ticket”
- To check your submitted referrals, click on “My Tickets”
- You can track the status of your referral by clicking on “My Tickets” and you can reply also to us by clicking on the particular referral you submitted
